At Smart Tiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened tile sheets within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Tiles
Carefully pack the unused adhesive tiles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from bending or damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
